Molasses is an organic feed-grade molasses that is suitable for activating and expanding your EM.
Molasses is a byproduct of the refining of sugar cane; it serves to provide a food source for the microbes to grow.
How to expand EM1
Combine equal parts of molasses and EM1 concentrate.
To make 20 litres of EM Ready to Use, dissolve 1 litre of molasses in warm water. Once dissolved, add cold water to lower the temperature until it is lukewarm (maximum temperature 30C)
Add 1 litre of EM1 concentrate.
Top up your container to 20 litres and keep warm (30C) for 7 days.
Use as soon as possible and within 28 days of manufacture.
